Breaded Chicken & Au gratin Potatoes

This is a good "home cooked" type recipe! It is very good basic chicken - reminds me of my Mom's chicken. The augratin potatoes are really good - just the right amount of cheesy sauce! And the Broccoli is cooked just right - I added a touch of butter and some ranch seasoning and it was really good!
