One of my favorite Pure Plates!

The Fiesta Chicken Quesadilla is one of my favorite items from Pure Plates! To warm the quesadilla, I use my 2-in-1 convection over/air fryer and heat the griddle before laying them flat. After a few minutes on each side, the quesadilla is crispy and tastes like it was just made. These are very filling, perfect for lunch or dinner.
