Saalt Steamer

The product is fine; my issue is with the shipping. I ordered this as a gift for my sister's birthday and paid for the 6-8 business day shipping. I did not receive this until almost a month later. Not only was the shipping delayed, but it was not sent out for shipping until 14 business days later. I received 1 update letting me know it would be late, but no indication of how long it would take. This was especially disappointing as it was a time-sensitive gift order, which I had paid to receive within a certain timeframe. That being said, I would like compensation as you were unable to deliver what I paid for.

I take back my previous negative review!

After having 2 negative experiences with the steamer, I got in touch with someone from support who actually helped me troubleshoot the issues and clarify some confusion. It turns out the product wasn't defective after all, there was just some miscommunication of how it functions and what to expect. Looking forward to finally using it during an actual period and not needing to boil my cup in the kitchen publicly!!

I love my saalt steamer for cleaning my disc. When the button broke on my first one customer service was amazing and replaced it. I can't wait to keep using this!
