The most annoying part of using cups/discs is having to boil it to sanitize it, a 10-15 minute process that you have to be present for to watch the stove, keep the cup from touching the bottom, etc. The steamer can live in my bathroom, use tap water from the bathroom sink, and I can turn it on and walk away. It is so convenient. I'm SO glad I bought one.

So far it has worked very well. I love that I don't have to babysit it! It just turns off when it has finished sanitizing. Super convenient. I don't have to wait to boil water! Overall very pleased

I really love this product!!! I needed something that could do more cleaning than the cleansing wash I bought with my cup. This is it! I used it and I immediately noticed that it was way cleaner than it had been. Super happy, I highly recommend this product.
