Looks good, hope it lasts
Seems sturdy. I have had issues in the past with chars supposedly big&tall rated. The leather-like material seems durable, hope it wears well, but does not breath. The hex key provided is not the best, has small wing handle, the "L" shaped hex key pictured in the instructions would be much better, I had to find the equivalent in my workshop as the winged version could not provide enough torque to loosen the arm bolts. The plastic arm rests do not seem as durable as the rest of the chair. The head rest pillow is not useful, does not reach my head. The lumbar pillow is questionable. Both use elastic bands, not great design, also elastic under constant tension will self destruct after a while. For a chair advertised as for big&tall up to 6'8", the seat is a bit short and I am only 6-2, should be deeper by at least an inch. Also the front edge of the seat is rather hard and stiff, comfy chairs usually have a softer front edge; combined with the seat being a bit short for an actual tall person the front edge can dig into your leg.

Pretty good all around!
It’s a great chair for bigger people but smaller people might be uncomfortable because of the firm padding but I love it and it is cheaper than something like a secret lab chair and feels great. It also is very easy to assemble.

So close to perfection!
Build quality 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Styling 10/10 Lumbar support 8/10 After trying the chair, I found the comfort to be somewhat lacking both WITH and WITHOUT the lumbar support. I took out the inner cushion, sliced it in half, and now it's half the thickness it was, and is perfect. It would be ideal if Vertagear included a two part inner cushion for such adjustments. Obviously this is extremely minor and the only thing I could think of that might benefit from any kind of improvement.
