When I wrote a letter to HHLOVE, I really wasn’t expecting much. But they stood tall and put my order together right away. Our current litter box pad had been caving in and was a big mess to clean up. The new one came two days into our vacation. It came with instructions. Our teenybopper fill-in was able to follow.
