I have used Mustad hooks my whole life, 60 years. There was a time when Mustad hooks was the standard for fishing. Now all other hooks are just imitations.

Big Game hooks for baby tarpon & big adult tarpon.

Over the years, and after tying will various "top name" brands of hooks, I have developed a high level of confidence in the Mustad Big Game hooks. (C68 & C70)

Great new (to me) hook for fly tying. I was using the SD and I guess it’s been phased out. I like this new hook better. Will be used primarily for Reds, but also Bones
