Rustic Panel Bed + Trundle - Full

I was excited to get my shipment. Seems like good quality but upon assembling the bed with trundle, there was a dent in it. I had contacted customer support which was very prompt in answering. I just wanted a new part to be shipped to replace it. Also got a dresser and same issue but minor. Wanted the same but they said that they would give me $50 credit. Just settled for this since it was the best they could do. Would have preferred a new part considering the cost of the item. Just be aware if this.

Nice bed for the price. Once assembled it looks great and feels solid, and the trundle is a big plus. Assembly was pretty easy. The only downside was that ours arrived with some scratches, which was disappointing, but overall we’re happy with it.
