Rustic Panel Bed + Storage - Full

Very underwelmed by this product. The wood feels unfinished, very rough surface like sand paper. Some pieces had cracks.

The driftwood is much darker than it looked in the pictures, and more brown with grey then the grey with a little brown shown. Construction was OK - the instructions don’t always show which side the piece needs to be on - but only had to rebuild the headboard once, so not too bad. I was able to instruct the main bed by myself in 2 1/2 hours (there’s a tricky bit orienting the locking screws from the headboard into the side rails and need to prop up the side rail to accomplish), the two drawers took another hour.

Both the bed and nightstand are solidly built. The long package for the bed came damaged (FedEx's fault) and while a few pieces were slightly scratched the damage was all contained to non-visible areas. There was one more piece quite damaged but it not being relevant to the structural integrity I just used it. The end table came with a small scratch on the top surface, but I know in time it will probably be joined by a few more. Despite the few small issues, the assembly was relatively easy. The worst problem for me was that most of the parts for the bed had no stickers with the part number. The nightstand had all the pieces labeled which really helped in its assembly.
