Great Leg Curl Machine

I purchased the leg curl machine from Select Fitness. I have trained for around 4 decades and this is probably the best leg curl machine that I have ever used. It totally isolates your hamstrings and only your hamstrings and not your glute muscle. Matt and his staff at Select Fitness runs a very good operation and did a excellent job of getting the machine delivered to my home. Thank you.
