Urban Linen Solid in Grey : Runner Rug

I liked it so much I ordered a second one as soon as I got the first one. Speedy shipping and good quality.

I like the color of the runner unfortunately it was not the color I ordered. Customer service insisted it was the correct color, but it did not match the warm beige tone of either of the other two carpets I ordered. I was trying to get a matching set of area rugs to put over hardwood floors in my kitchen. We have kids and pets so I liked the idea of washable and water resistant. Unfortunately the Urban Linen collection has color inconsistencies and is a thinner product than the Vintage Kendra line that I was happier with. The edge stitching on all the carpets is a design flaw. It frays, looking sloppy and two of my carpets have already unraveled. The stitch they use for the edges once it comes undone, continues to pull apart down the side.
