My favorite white eye pencil thus far. This is more pigmented and long-lasting than other gel eye pencils I've used in the past.

Eye brightening Heaven

I use this to brighten my eyes in my bottom lash line. I do an inner corner as well. Spectacular. I’m a cool toned, high contrast, bright winter romantic. It’s divine.

So creamy and pigmented, stayed on for hours without having to reapply!
