Diamond Wheel—Extra Fine DE-250

The two Tormek wheels showed up very quickly and they were packaged so well that there was zero damage. I will be using them this week. Thanks to The Axeman. Great company

Extra fine DE-250

I really like the extra fine DE-250 for finishing the blade. It helps me get blade in Utility Razor Sharpness level. Also I like that I don’t have to reset angle when changing to different grit diamond wheel.

The reference

I chose this Tormek diamond wheel as it’s back with a warranty and Tormek quality expectations. The wheel had blemishes when received and most of it get unoticed when used the first times. Still should get a better way to package the precious wheel in my opinion at Tormek. Will see how it holds on the long term. Will try to keep the count of how many knives will be done on it. Very Light pressure needs to be put on it. Quite abrasive on the first uses. Too bad the radius on the edge is not larger a bit.
