Very few businesses, yes, even the majors, either practice or believe in the pursuit of excellence anymore with regard to how they do business. In my life I've interacted with hundreds of businesses. Most especially in my decades in the GTA. A major commercial issue currently is incompetence. Makes many people upset. Jeremy's Axeman is the gold standard. I will do my best to run mine as well as his when I launch. Products are all excellent. Service is top drawer. You won't find better. I so wish his way of doing things was the standard. Wouldn't that be special.
