These wheat berries arrived quickly and I have made two loaves of whole wheat bread grinding the grain with my Vitamix. The bread has much more flavor than store bought or bread made with King Arthur whole wheat flour. I am looking forward to trying more recipes and learning how to bake with fresh milled flour.
