Contractor Pack Pro Deal

I know and trust LightBar. The one I purchased originally several years ago is still going strong. However, I thought it'd be a good idea to purchase several new ones as spares and to show off to my fellow workers. I'm hopeful to receive the case/ carrying bag that was advertised as part of the LightBar Pro package that I purchased.

I've had a really bad experience - I've contact Light bar direct - I got one response which went no where. We've had a number of light bars fail. We actually liked the product so kept buying them accepting some wear and tear is going to happen but the most recent ones faulted very quickly and had obvious faults in production. I am really unhappy that the service team have not been responsive nor replaced them. This is rubbish.
