Very nice. It doesn't clog up my diffuser like straight Roman Chamomile, although it does contain it. This is a much more affordable option as well.

Helps with Sleep

I put this on the bottom of my feet right before I go to sleep. It really seems to help me sleep deeply and wake up refreshed.

My son uses this for his diffuser when he runs out of juniper berry essential oil for sleeping. He loves the scent and says it’s been helpful in relaxing for bedtime. He’s been sleeping better since using the recommended oils by his doctor that I purchase on plant therapy website. I highly recommend the product.
