Wrong arms!
Beautiful sunglasses, fitted me perfectly in the shop.. but when I received my order the arms were so short! They were obviously someone else’s glasses before me, and did not fit at all. I had to go back to Leeds to have them altered (I’m from York so it was a bit inconvenient) but the sales advisor was super helpful and very apologetic - he adjusted them for me and now they a perfect - just a bit of a faff having to go back, and knowing these were a “refurbished” pair of glasses..
