Super easy installation. It is a little hard compared to stock, but I am sure it just feels that way before you break it in. The extra support on your back is a game changer, though. Additionally, the seat sits you higher than on the stock. I didn't measure, but it is noticeable. Passenger has not rode on it, yet, but the elevated seat will help, I can already tell. Comfortability compared to the stock pillon is yet to be determined.

Feels great

Had a few hours on this seat now, it replaced the Indian scout bobber confort seat and I'll say that this is the best upgrade to my bike to date. It's a bit wider and firm and i feel I have a lot better riding position. It also gives a lot better back supporet.
