I love the Sour Apple flavor. It used to be my favorite until I started using Blue Raspberry (my new favorite). I use the Sour Apple in the mornings as a breakfast chaser.

I absolutely love green apple and was excited to try this flavor. Im a big fan of other Grinds pouches, but this one is not for me. It doesnt really taste like green apple, more like a really bitter and chemical taste. I tried to power through several times, but after a certain point its just too much. Maybe a little more sweet would balance out the bitterness. Its a dividing flavor with mixed reviews, so its up to eaxh person’s own opinion.

Favorite Grinds Can
Hands down my favorite Grinds can. Flavor lasts an “ok” amount of time. Just wish it lasted a bit more. Do get a good level of energy boost from it. I think a higher caffeine level would be a great option
