It's not as good as ginger Mint. I have to buy this one as it's the only Focus option now. I was told ginger Mint is just out of stock. But that was several weeks ago. Pretty disappointed & looking at other brands.

They have a really good flavor and definitely help me focus. The only thing I dislike is that the flavor fades much faster than the energy ones I usually use.

One of my favorites perfect blend for in between times to focus and a little boost but great for a flavor blast
