Customer Service At Its Best!!

I recently needed to purchase 15 skeins of Sandnes Garn Line Yarn, a lovely yarn and a great weight. More important than the yarn, was the customer service provided by Tammy. I called the store because when I looked up the yarn, they were out of the color I needed, so I called the store to see if they knew when it was coming in. I spoke with Tammy and she said let me check with the distributor. She called me back almost immediately and said she could get it, and in a week or so It was sent out to me. I greatly appreciate the service.

an absolute must-have for summer

linen is the king of summer fibers and Line is no exception. throw it in the wash with your jeans, who cares! not Line! she's not stiff or crunchy, but soft and smooth, almost silky. stitch definition is incredible.
