. This is a dessert in a pop tart! The icing is delicious but don’t put in the toaster. Use a toaster oven or a few secs in the microwave. They are delicious hot and satisfies the dessert craving. Cherry is my favorite flavor. Yes, I highly recommend!

As someone with gastroparesis it can be difficult to find healthy snacks. This product gives me the protein and macros I need while also being delicious. I originally tried the rolls but the texture was only tolerable if they were heated. I don't have to worry about heating these pastries. I can toss one in my bag for a quick breakfast on the go.
