Customer Service Came Through

I was reluctant to buy a party tent this large and expensive at first but I read how great the customer service reviews were so I felt safe enough to take the leap and I'm glad I did! I had a party and the weather was not the greatest (cold, rainy, windy) and some of the clasps for the tarp ended up ripping. However, Pearl from customer service went out of her way to help me and got everything squared away super fast! I really appreciate how helpful and honorable this company is.

Party Saver!

My husband and I come from a huge family so there are parties almost every month. We finally took the plunge to buy a party tent instead of renting one and we are so glad we did! We got the biggest one so that we could be prepared for any party or event. The huge tent came in handy when having a party on a windy and rainy day in January. We stayed protected from the weather, was able to look out the beautiful windows, and had extra room to have the caterers come inside during the poor weather. I look forward to using this versatile tent many more times!
