Great lab microscope

Came across Amscope as an alternative microscope supplier after meeting with bigger name dealers that provided quotes far exceeding our budget (at a start-up). This dual illumination compound microscope was able to handle everything our R&D lab threw at it - from visual inspection of crystalline solids to more macro level imaging. Only wish it included lens caps for the viewing lenses as well as a cover for the backlight on the base of the microscope to keep dust out. Other than these two issues the set-up was relatively straight forward and a welcome addition to our lab.
