Meeting Notes Desk Tool

Helpful in staying organized

I have 1 on 1 meetings with my direct reports weekly. This tool allows me to stay organized as I have my list of tasks and projects that I’m delegating during each meeting and then I have this note pad that I jot feedback, notes, results, & additional projects they have accepted on. It’s helpful to keep my talking points separate from the discussion during the meeting. Historically I have never allotted enough space to organize feedback, results, & notes on the same page as my meeting agenda sheet. The prompts really keep the discussion on point.

Good, except for...

These pages look like they'd be very handy! I was really looking forward to using them, but I had no idea they were loose sheets — not bound into a pad or spiral (the picture shown for this review has a nice, useful spiral binding — I sure wish I'd gotten that, instead! However, when I ordered, I didn’t see any options, and I’d assumed they would be top bound so you could rip off a page when needed. They look very useful and thoughtfully laid out, the paper quality is nice to the feel, I'm sure I'd love these. But as loose pages, I can't really use them conveniently and, sadly, they just sit in a drawer. ☹
