Le Rate fingerling potatoes.
Due to the extreme drought this summer, 2025, in New Brunswick, the yield is lower than in previous years. I have had as few as one (1) potatoe from a plant to as many as five(5) potatoes from a single plant. The taste is what I expected with a very nice waxy consistency.

It was my fault
I'm sure the fingerling potatoes were fine - I just didn't water them enough and (as I often do) managed to kill them. I may try again sometime, however. I do like West Coast Seeds - I've had success with other things from them.

La Ratte Fingerling Potatoes
We planted these as soon as temps in Zone 3/4 permitted. They have all sprouted and greenery is flourishing well. Progress appears to be advancing well at this point in the season.
