Poor Quality Product

Wasn't too impressed with the sound quality when first used them but that can be forgiven taking their other features into account. Isolation feature works well for most loud sounds but if there is a constant noise they will continually isolate making them a poor choice for constantly noisy environments. Strangely enough loud sneezes were not isolated for me and were quite painful if an amplification setting was on. They were not used for the first 6 months as they were uncomfortable to wear. After pushing through and getting my ear canals used to the material they sufficed for about 12 months of occasional use after which the right ear bud started malfunctioning. It only lasted 60 minutes before the low battery warning was sounded and it died. It now barely makes the 10 minute mark. The retailer I purchased from swapped the case out but would not do anymore as the warranty period had lapsed. It seems quite unreasonable that ear buds costing this much barely lasted 18 months. I would steer clear.
