Pure Product including for those with soy allergy

I have an intense soy allergy, so that even with other phosphatidylcholine products that state they should be fine for those with soy allergies, I have issues. This is the first soy based product I've been able to tolerate that isn't derived from sunflower. I'm assuming its their very careful processing which strips all protein as well as any PI or PE from the ultimate PC contained, wow. HIghly recommend and for my health worth every penny!
