Misleading flavours due to missing ingredient or flavour description online.

I am unsure in what world a Latte has chocolate at all, let alone a higher % in the product than actual coffee. It's highly unfortunate that you do not show the ingredients on your website, how does a consumer make an informed decision? It's not until I read the ingredients on the packet that it shows 7% cocoa powder and 6% Coffee Powder. Had this of been correctly advertised on your website I would have never purchased this. I am beyond disappointed. I know you don't have to list ingredients on a website, but you do in food labeling, but a description of the product at least should be included. Your customer service via chat needs improving. Acknowledging concerns and saying you agree and will pass it on means nothing and does not build a trusted consumer base. I will not be a repeat customer now that I've wasted money on a 900g bag that I won't use.

The best protein on the market. Genuinely tastes delicious with anything or on its own as a shake. I’ve never loved a protein powder as much as any of the ermrald labs ones!
