Carry On Max Expandable With Travel Tote

This is the worst carry-on suitcase I have ever used. The wheels frequently stop rolling without warning while I am walking through the airport. The suitcase suddenly stops, tips over, and has caused me to trip and fall multiple times. This has happened over and over again. The wheels also cannot handle even small floor transitions. Tiny seams and bumps, often less than a quarter inch high, stop the suitcase completely. I have to lift it over minor imperfections just to keep moving. A carry-on suitcase as expected to be able to roll through an airport. This one fails.

I had a monogrammed July carry on that cracked after a year and the customer service was incredible! After a brief email exchange they sent me a brand new monogrammed carry on that arrived in a few days. It really was so seamless. So happy with this product and company.
