We discovered Happy camper bread 6 years ago while caring for a family member in Oregon. We became a fan immediately having eliminated gluten, corn & rice from our diets for health reasons. It was actually a life changing moment : ). Returning home to NC we sure missed it. I Love to bake myself so I wished that I could find a flour like that.
