No backing included?

Why in the world would you not include a backing for an earring? Nor was it clear it wasn’t included. You have a disappointed customer here.

The size of the internal bit changed and my prior studs flat back earrings didn’t fit and actually got BENT and ruined when I first tried to use these. So upsetting that there seems to be a change is width and. I warning from the company. Awful experience
