Your Balsamic vinegars are all so good. this one makes a good salad dressing. I was just thinking it would be good on chicken.

One of my favorites!

I love white balsamic vinegars because they do not add color to dishes, while still netting the same results. This peach flavor is light and sweeter than heavy varieties. It is a repeat for me.
