This was to funny .. I was returning a bracelet cause I felt it was to loose on me. When I mailed the envelope with the return label I realized the next day I had forgotten to actually place inside the envelope. I actually sent the bracelet back on my own the next day. I received a call from the company telling me they had received the envelope without the bracelet inside and I explained to them what had happened. It was all taken care of by them and I thank them very much for being so understanding. I receive my new bracelet within a reasonable time afterward.
