Your responses are very prompt. Shipments are really quick. I am in the process of doing an exchange for a different size on a 3 kings gift I got for my daughter in law - the process seems pretty easy.
I just saw that the Grace bracelet review that I thought I was giving 4 stars showed as 2. I think the format on my mini iPhone makes the display difficult
