I had unit installed by a professional as it was over whelming for me to install. Installer took one day and several calls to Auxx for guidance which was great. I would highly recommend unit but also you need to be good carpenter to do in one day. I would recommend larger unit as it covers a wide range of weight along with larger opening in the garage.

I must admit, at first the process was a little difficult, but one of the greatest things about this company is the customer service and technical support. They truly help drive the finished project to be as special as it is. This is a very unique and clean build, and the clients absolutely love it. I will definitely be recommending this product to all of my clients moving forward. I also have to say that Scott has been a huge help in making everything work perfectly. Nice lift - very difficult and expensive to install

I purchased the lift and paid a licensed contractor to come install (he was already doing work in our garage). It was too difficult for him to complete, despite the company claims that it's very easy. We had to hire an Auxx lift installer for $1250 to do the install. They did a great job but it was much more expensive to install than we had planned.
