Want to love it but can't

It's almost a great product, but there are gaps where the massage pegs meet the rubber cushion and my hair gets caught in between all the time. I have to carefully remove strands constantly. The only way to avoid it is to not really press at all (which sort of defeats the purpose of the massager) and even then it's not a foolproof method. The pegs themselves feel nice though - very smooth and easy on the scalp.
