The Loving Heartbeat Wonder Ring Set

The rings themselves are stunning. I feel like the engraving has been done upside down as it’s the opposite way to where I see the top of the heartbeat. Customer service is not brilliant, one of my rings was out of stock on ordering which wasn’t stated on the website. Apparently I should have got an email when I ordered to tell me it was out of stock but I didn’t get the email. Emailed the company for an update and it took over a week to get a response back after me having to chase for a reply. I emailed straight back for a reply after he had emailed me but I am yet to recieve a reply to that email!

An absolute amazing service so far! I got the ring sizes wrong MASSIVELY using my own tape measure, I contacted the amazing Paul asking if I could return my personally engraved eternity rings that were the wrong size.. I was worried that the ring sizes could be wrong again but Paul sent me a finger measurer 💍🙏🙏 just waiting for the new rings to return after successfully knowing mine was 4 sized too small and my partner were 5 sizes too big! An absolute amazing service so far!
