I don't want to sit anywhere else!
Everything about this purchase from start to finish was amazing. The customer service was top tier. I ordered a custom chair so I wanted it to be just right. And the representative I worked with was diligent in making sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. She was in communication with me every step of the way and when I got my finished product, I cried. The quality of this chair is second to none and I feel like I am sitting on a perfect little gaming cloud that was made to conform to my body. I have a lot of chronic pain and injuries that lead to discomfort from sitting for prolonged periods of time and this chair alleviates almost all of that. I cannot possibly sing their praises enough.

Head rest - neck
Very comfy chair. The head rest tilted forward is rough on the neck. The arms are a little wobbly.
