Solid high quality bag that looks. It has good capacity and lots of usable space. Multiple packets also helps with the usefulness. Only detractor is that the firmness of the leather and the position of the straps makes it a little uncomfortable on your back. Hopefully that gets more comfortable with use.

Wonderful bag and customer service!

My husband has wanted this bag for years. I bought him a padfolio as a gift but he didn’t like the color. Buffalo Jackson was wonderful in doing the exchange for the backpack. Since I was having issues with the website, they called me to do the payment over the phone and asked if I had any questions. 10/10 customer service. The bag is gorgeous. It is a deep brown leather that is such good quality. You can feel the quality of this bag when you pick it up. Plus since my husband is an architect, he’s obsessed with the design and all the pockets. His laptop and all the necessities fit perfectly. Straps were a little tight but better with wear. 10/10!
