I really like the product and would give higher, but the product came with one of the eyeshadows broken and completely gone out of the pan and all over everything. But I mean, past that it's beautiful, and the formula is creamy and very pleasant, and the color payoff is really good as well.

Packaging was almost too pretty to open. Colors were soft and pretty and customer service was excellent.
