This is the best low carb cake mix ever! I’ve used this for several years now. It has a real chocolate cake richness to it and I usually use 1 less egg than directions ask for to make it more moist and dense. (Just my preference! ) But do not overbake or it will be too dry. The Chocolate Fudge Mix is also AMAZING!! I use the Peanut Butter addition on the Chocolate fudge mix package. Excellent!!!
