Best electrolyte beverage out there!
Love the balance of electrolytes and the taste on all the flavors is exquisite. It is the best electrolyte drink out there.

Good flavor, but I didn't notice any difference in cravings. I also don't like that it's only offered in the small plastic individual serving sticks, which add to the insane amount of plastic waste in our world. Every flavor should be available in the larger tubs.

I use these little packets to travel with. They're great for on the go. I don't drink soda and it's it's a nice treat
