Worth the extra cost?

I just barely started using forjars lids. I got a really great deal around Christmas time and decided to give them a shot. So far I haven't seen much of a difference in sealing but I'm still testing them out. I'm hoping I start to see a definite difference and if I do, then I'll buy more. Not a fan of their rings however. They rusted ridiculously quick, after 1or2 uses, and they're hard to get clean.
