Ran way too small. Got a size 6 and cant get it over my shoulders

Runs small!

I was so excited to get this top. I was headed to NYC and this top was going to be one of my outfits while there. The fabric is very pretty, just like pictured, the back you can’t adjust at all. It actually hurt to wear. In fact, it hurt so bad that I didn’t take it on my trip. With all that being said, size up!! I have always been a small in everything with room! But this brand I guess not.
