Best panniers by far
After owing many pannier systems from aluminium to soft luggage from other suppliers I eventually bought a set of 25/35 l backcountry and these are by far the best I have used, as I can leave the main pannier locked to the bike and take the inner bag only. The aux pockets and beaver tail add a great level of additional storage and functionality

Versatile system
Overall I'm very pleased with the panniers. The collection process was very easy.
I bought them to replace my Enduristan Monsoon Evo 2.35 panniers. The problem with those was the poor quality of the attachment system, which was what I wanted to inprove.
The attachment system for the pockets is also far superior, as is their capacity.
However, the capacity of the Backcountry panniers is not as good because you include one pocket in the 35 litre size. Enduristan doesn't. That isn't helped by you using inner bags, which always absorb some of the internal space. I think you shoul increase the width sligfhtly to gain a genuine 35L of space.
But I suppose the upside of that is that if the outer casing gets damaged they're still waterproof.
I do have one complaint, which relates to the website. When I was looking at the price in the UK, where I live, it was shown as £979 per pair. You should make it musc clearer that the price does not include VAT. Yes, I discovered all the extras when I went to the checkout and because of them I decided to buy them whicl in the Netherlands.
But then I discovered that I had to pay tax on that amount there too. Perhaps I should have expected this but the way the price was presnted on your UK website had me fooled in that regard. So please ensure that VAT etc is shown when you list a price.
When I collected the panniers I was at the beginning of a Scandinavian tour and had to post my old panniers back to the UK. So I ended up making virtually no saving over the UK price.
On examining the panniers I noted that there were fixing holes on the underside, clearly designed for attaching a pocket on the base. And yet no mention is made of this in your descriptions, apart from a passing mention in one of your videos. Even your staff member with whom I was discussing the collection of the panniers wasn't aware of this facility. Or is it the case that fitting pockets on the underside is not a good idea?
Overall, as said, I'm very impressed and I wish I'd bought them in the first instance.
