Anko Rice Cake 500g

I received the rice cakes today, but both edges were very dry and hard when they arrived. The mugwort red bean rice cakes that came with them are still soft even when frozen, but the white rice cakes are hard whether they’re frozen or thawed. They’re quite hard.

It tastes really good when you heat it up in the microwave for about 25 seconds !!
