In the running for perfect cat litter
I have had cats my whole life and have forever been on the hunt for the best litter and this one comes pretty close. Pros Odor control (almost no scent whatsoever especially as the cats will cover up their tracks more than with pellets and the small pieces fully attach to their waste). There really is virtually no dust at any stage of usage (the tiny kernels REMAIN kernels. They don't break down like clay or wooden pellets). Cleanliness of box. Somehow this formula quickly absorbs EVERYTHING, so there is no leftover waste or breakdown of the litter that gets stuck to the side of the litter box. My full rotation has gone from bi weekly to monthly. Cons The small pieces track. That is just the trade off with pellet vs anything smaller, unfortunately. But with tracking mats and daily vacuuming it's not so bad. Also the pieces really do not brake down into dust, so seeing them and vacuuming them is easier than with dustier or messier types, despite the tracking annoyance. Firmness/sharpness of the "clumps". This stuff is so good at clumping, that the waste becomes almost like sculptures that you can't break down (easily) and have sharp edges, which makes scooping into a small trash cans difficult and also leads to broke trash bags. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying sometimes.

Great Brand
My kitten refused to use the old litter, but after switching to this one it was like magic. The clumping is excellent and makes cleaning so easy. There is some tracking, but with a mat it’s very manageable. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone and wish I had found it sooner. I plan to use it in combination with a pellet-type litter to help with smell and volume. Very pleased overall—it makes sense why it’s Jackson Galaxy approved.

Great litter
Definitely preferable to clay litter and it's easy to clean. I believe clay litter is gathered via strip mining so I appreciate the better approach to making a more sustainable litter too
