Amazing.

Exceptionally deep flavor, with bright floral and fruit notes. I made a ganache for a chocolate cake that I make several times a year. This one was on a whole new level. I also made a hot fudge sauce from a recipe I’ve developed over the years. Other chocolates make a great sauce, but the Fortunato #4 creates a magical complement to ice cream that is unique. Just outstanding.

I love the chocolate. I wish you had more chocolate without sugar or a higher percent of cocoa, like 95-98%.

Chocolate squares

Good for cooking. Put a couple in a cup of coffee. So yummy. Also made a bowl of nut, raisins and these chocolate squares. Yummy
