I was recommended these chewable school items for my kiddo who had a teacher let her chew gum to help with restlessness. But not all teachers or schools let them do this. These were a lifesaver. My kid did chew right through them by the end of the year, as well as pass out the extras to her friends. So I got a bunch more! My friend is a special needs teacher and she also recommended these for kids who like chewing. Great non-toxic solution. I chew on my tongue when concentrating on things, I saw my kid doing it when learning to write. I'm so thankful things like this exist for her instead of getting yelled at because the teacher thinks you are chewing gum. . . but really its your tongue and inside of our mouth.

Not for a super strong chewer, but great product. Unfortunately just didn't work for my kid
